Our data undergoes an initial three-stage validation process to ensure accuracy and compliance:

Stage 1: Verify Account Details Against the Database

  • Are the lines or services being billed allocated to us?

  • Are there any new lines or services?

  • Have cancelled lines or services been definitively cancelled?


Stage 2: Check Rental and Usage Values

  • We ensure that rental and usage values are within the Client-specified limits.


Stage 3: Validate Charge Rates Against Contract Tariffs

  • This stage involves confirming that the charged rates align with the agreed contract tariffs.


This validation process combines the vast processing of data with our extensive industry knowledge and expertise. Incorrect rates, values, and billing items may have been inadvertently applied by the service providers. Temis will then ensure that appropriate credits or refunds are obtained from these Service Providers.
